Are you on Mixi? I've seen some quite active groups on there for random Fabulous 49ers who were never that famous in the first place and haven't been producing regularly since the 1970s. I suspect it's one of the better places to go looking for Japanese-speaking fans. (Or did you just mean that you're having trouble figuring out what website to host a Japanese-language survey on?)
